** This home equity line of credit includes both variable rate advances and a fixed rate loan option. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for variable rate advances is as low as Wall Street Journal (WSJ) Prime Rate – 0.75. Depending on borrower credit worthiness and combined loan to value ratio (CLTV), variable rate advances may range from WSJ Prime – 0.75%, which is 4.00% as of 12/30/08 to WSJ Prime + 1.0%.
